Peaches and Cream Popsicles

3 medium peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
1 tablespoon honey
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Pinch kosher salt
2 cups full-fat vanilla yogurt
In a blender, puree the peaches, honey, lemon juice and salt until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and stir in the yogurt until well-combined. Pour into molds and place in the freezer until frozen, 1 to 3 hours. Serve.

These homemade popsicles are easy to make, require no actual cooking and taste purely of fresh peaches and cream. For extra flavor, roast peaches in drizzled honey on a sheet pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Follow recipe instructions as stated.
We recommend using dark, local honey in this recipe.
